This badge is awarded to participants of the Cities of Learning study visit for Networking and Advocating who actively engaged in the "Reflection Activity: Envisioning Impact and Contribution" session.
Earned Competences: By successfully participating in this activity, the earner has demonstrated:
- Assessing and Evaluating: The ability to critically reflect on potential outcomes, set personal learning objectives, and consider the impact of an event on their organisation.
- Being Civically Engaged: A proactive approach to personal and organisational growth, recognising and articulating their value proposition and contribution to the wider network.
This badge signifies a commitment to strategic reflection and continuous development, contributing to the "Assessing and Evaluating" and "Being Civically Engaged" competences as defined by the European Training Strategy (ETS) Competence Model for Youth Workers. This badge has been issued by the Cities of Learning Network Partner trio who are managing the Network.
