In deze sessie breng je alles wat je geleerd hebt samen in realistische telefoonsimulaties. Je oefent gesprekken uit jouw werksituatie en past technieken toe zoals gespreksstructuur, actief luisteren, kalm blijven en professioneel afronden. Na elke simulatie krijg je persoonlijke feedback van de trainer en van je collega’s. Zo maak je je vooruitgang zichtbaar, ontdek je je sterktes en krijg je concrete handvatten om verder te groeien als professioneel communicator.
